This quote speaks to me of a part we can all play in responding to gun crime, whatever our political persuasion about the human causes for it. We can check our own mental landscape for any intrusion of hatred of others in our thinking and spiritually rise to counter that imposition on our divinely gifted, all-loving natures as God’s own reflections.
Years of experience have taught me that when I humbly do that, solutions emerge that I might otherwise never have seen.
