Following last week’s tragic events in Charlottesville and Barcelona can our prayers play a significant part in opposing hatred?
“Overcoming hate” is a helpful “Christian Science perspective” article from the most recent edition of the Monitor Daily, which includes the following call to action: “I make strong demands on love, call for active witnesses to prove it, and noble sacrifices and grand achievements as its results” (“Miscellaneous Writings 1883-1896” by Mary Baker Eddy, p.250)
Please consider reading the article, and uniting in the spiritual witnessing our world needs to the power of divine Love over all the hatred that would claim to either motivate or victimise us.
