Seeking and finding our blessing! A FRIDAY THOUGHT (AND SATURDAY EVENT)
This weekend there is a College Summit in Boston, Massachusetts, for students and graduates interested in the spiritual side of life – specifically the practice of Christian Science. The quote above, from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures (p.518), is the conference theme.
My Board of Lectureship colleague Lari Snorek-Yates and I will be doing a couple of 20 minute lectures on Saturday morning (August 13) on the theme of “Praying for yourself”, and this will be web streamed live on TMC Youth’s Facebook page, starting a few minutes before 10am (EDT).
Either way, we can all share in supporting the sentiment of finding our blessing in another’s good. And thank you for all the good you are doing, in your own unique way, for others!
