Spirituality and mental well-being discussions in Suffolk

There will be three, free, half-day events across Suffolk called “Spirituality and mental wellbeing – talking and learning together”

Who should attend? It’s for “…people who have religious beliefs, people who think of themselves as spiritual and people who have no faith but want to help build stronger communities.”

What will the meeting include? “It will be a chance to exchange ideas, listen, learn and reflect together. It will help our staff to provide better services and you can find out more about our services too.”

When and where are the meetings? They are from 1.00 pm to 4.30 pm, with lunch and refreshments provided:

Mon 14th October – Bury St Edmunds Library.

Tue 22nd October – Ipswich Library.

Mon 28th October – Kirkley Centre, Lowestoft.
